Not a fund and not an evergreen, but a platform company with a set term: after two to three years, entrepreneurs and founders sell at the same moment, as one whole. No one exits early on their own, and you will not be sold on in the meantime. You choose: take some money off the table or roll over in full. On joining you receive cash and/or EAPEX shares; we agree the split together, transparently and before you sign anything.
